What are the best aspects of this product?

When you use the online chat, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. Since Hostwinds have good technicians, they handle things faster and correct, so they can handle technical issues better in less time. They are willing to help you out in any way they can. I've had my website with them for a number of years.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I must say about Hostwinds is that they have excellent customer service. Nothing bad.
