My site availability is almost 100%

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very happy with Hostwinds hosting so far, been using them for a couple of months and both performance and service have been very good and the pricing is outstanding. My site availability is almost 100%, so many extras, disk space, and bandwidth are fantastic, though it doesn't affect the server status, very helpful staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
