What are the best aspects of this product?

These guys seem to really know what they're doing. Hostwinds server uptime has been 100%. I was also impressed that they advised the lowest cost package according to my needs first, not the highest cost. Up-to-date php configuraation, regularly updated MySQL version, and best of all, superb customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They provide Backups daily. Good job!
