What are the best aspects of this product?

I have had service provided by others before but as time has gone by, I have moved most things to Hostwinds ssd vps hosting account. The control panel seemed a little daunting and techie at first, but it's fine when you get used to it. They assisted me until my problem was solved and most of the time they do it for me instantly.
