Nice hosting solution for local newspaper

What are the best aspects of this product?

Always get support via email within a couple of hours, and I rarely experience downtime. I think that some people are a little cranky and expect a little too much for their money. Hostwinds is a perfect hosting solution for all web developers and webmasters. This is an awesome web host. It's one of the best I think. Their support is really great. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply.
