What are the best aspects of this product?

I think Hostwinds is an outstanding provider. Network and Server uptime is perfect - the site is up and running fast. I like their hosting services. I unhesitatingly rate them five stars for support, and four and a half for everything else.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have great customer support.
