What are the best aspects of this product?

As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtimes apart from when I started - I would have 5-10 minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. Hostwinds hosting space is by far the best out there beating its competitors noticeably.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Wonderful experience.
