What are the best aspects of this product?

The decision was magnified because I needed a reseller program to offer to host to my existing and future customers. The company I chose would have to be stable enough for our site, as well as, for all of my customers’ sites. So I was not just putting my head on the chopping block, I was putting our entire company’s head on it as well. Thank God, hostwinds has kept all the sites up – no heads have had to roll as a result.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have recommended them to at least two other companies for their good service.
