What are the best aspects of this product?

I switched to Hostwinds after having a lot of issues with my previous host. The difference between the two companies is like night and day. I had nothing but trouble from my previous host, which, I will concede, was partly my fault for not knowing anything about Dns. However, tech support, they weren't helpful in trying to help me resolve my issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues with this host.
