What are the best aspects of this product?

I must say Hostwinds is a GOOD Hosting provider! I have had responses in a short amount of time and they have solved my problem every time. Great support and pricing. It may not have all the latest features etc. So far everything is good... I'm also satisfied with then completely useful easy-to-use Control Panel.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
