What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using them for about 8 months now. I have very good success with Hostwinds provider. If I've had technical issues, they have resolved them very promptly. Their customer support team was responsive when I contacted them and transferred all my files to them explaining everything in details. I have been using them for 5 months. Uptime and speed connectivity has been also great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
