What are the best aspects of this product?
Since I started with Hostwinds, I also haven't had any problems with my site being down or anything like that. I was down for over an hour once, but they kept me informed about what was going on. Their customer service has improved drastically since I started the account. It started out with a ticketing system, moved to email and pay for calls to 24/7 instant messaging support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is my 3rd month with Hostwinds provider. Nothing bad!
