What are the best aspects of this product?

Things I like about Hostwinds include the automatic availability of SSH without requiring me to ask for it, numerous Apache modules, Perl modules, and other developer facilities. For example, Opencart, just choose the Opencart script, fill out your info and click a button and it builds the database for you. I haven't been aware of any outages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
