What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent tech support. Great hosting options. Our site has been always up while I have been dealing with Hostwinds (4 months). After I signed up and registered my site and domain, there was immediately a billing issue for the domain name. The tutorials are perfect, and they include software that you can create a very nice website.
