What are the best aspects of this product?

The servers are reliable (never had one single issue in the 5 months I've had a shared hosting account with them). Hostwinds treats the customers with good respect, something that is seriously lacking in the hosting industry nowadays (few web hosts offer such a service), and that for me is the reason I’ve given them 5 out of 5 in this review.
