What are the best aspects of this product?

Over the years I have hosted web sites in more than a few web hosting companies. Of all the web hosting companies I have used, Hostwinds certainly is the best. Their control panel is intuitive and powerful. Their service offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL and all that good stuff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the price, it is amazing.
