What are the best aspects of this product?

My website was getting more popular. I realized that my bandwidth hosting plan was too small for the traffic I was getting. Before I reached my traffic limit, I sent a trouble ticket, e-mail, and tried to post on their Facebook page about how I can upgrade my traffic. After 2 hours, Hostwinds responded to my trouble ticket. They gave me a link to upgrade my account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
