Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hostwinds defines customer support- prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than 30 secs for someone to attend to me. The agent is always super knowledgeable and helpful. Their uptime is great-I have had probably 2 outages over the last 14 months or so and they have always kept me informed and redressed the issues promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing bad to say about their activity in the IT industry.
