What are the best aspects of this product?

Every time I have a question, want to do something new, or have got myself into trouble with my site- they have an answer and a fix. Every. time.
They have been respectful and friendly, don't try to sell me crap I don't need, and I always come away feeling good about my site and my choices. Sounds corny, but it's true! Hostwinds has given me the confidence to create another website for my non-profit guild and to create a new one for our small business, too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
