What are the best aspects of this product?

Very kind, easy to work with, and exceptional service and value. Hostwinds is a very good hosting provider so far. No issues with viruses or hackers. I have not had one day of trouble with this hosting account, and only contact them to help me set up issues with my domain.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm impressed with Hostwinds support team.
