Really nice web host with DDos protection

What are the best aspects of this product?

I migrated to Hostwinds from a very bad web host I had experience dealing with, and all I can say is they have fantastic infrastructure and support. They stayed with me till my setup was complete and went out of their way with phone support even as their shift was ending this morning to make sure I was able to access my files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No problems, guys!
