What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate all Hostwinds' help in getting and keeping my sites running. I have multiple websites and my website got a little slow a while ago and when I posted a ticket they responded very fast and offered me to move to a different server.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only good points! They spent about a week just to get my sites all moved and running correctly.
