What are the best aspects of this product?

Reliability, pricing and performance are the best we've seen in 5 years of hosting with other web hosting providers before that. The very few times we had questions, Hostwinds technical support has been very prompt in responding and always looking into and understanding the problem, not just bouncing back canned replies as many other companies do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
