What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to say Hostwinds is the best host I've ever had. I really had some doubts about choosing a host. My site has been up from the very beginning, never had any problems. I run a forum on it and I didn't expect a host to be that fast. Have not been disappointed. In the end, we learned that many of the issues were related to permissions.
