Reliable hosting provider at very good price!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I recommend them all the time and would recommend them above any other hosting provider I have dealt with. Hostwinds has been a wonderful host. Their support has always been responsive, they don't lock down the server to the point of uselessness, and the connection speeds are much better than my previous host. The only thing I could ask for is some additional customization of features at the same price points.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
