What are the best aspects of this product?

Well, I'm a very satisfied by using Hostwinds hosting services. During the initial months of setting up my website, the customer support was very handy. I have always been impressed by the service they provide and the value for money. Support staff ROCKS!!! EVERY time I have a request, problem or issue I get an answer or a response quicker than if I could do things myself. I love the support!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The uptime is great, their promise of 99.9% is correct.
