What are the best aspects of this product?

I can't say a bad word about Hostwinds, great customer service. Rarely have I had a technical issue in over 3+ years and the odd one I did it was resolved in such a friendly, professional and most importantly quick manner.
Their team are rockstars and I genuinely wish them all the best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues.
