What are the best aspects of this product?

They've been like active partners in my sites. They did the backups and transfers until the old host finally made a good copy that was usable. Response time was okay. Hostwinds team spent about a week just to get my sites all moved and running correctly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Love them.
