What are the best aspects of this product?

Ever since we changed hosting to Hostwinds, I've been happy with their service and pricing options. Everything is clear with an account management portal that is easy to navigate. But most exceptional has been their customer support. Most of the occasions when I needed support were emergencies, and they not only dealt with the issue but on the last occasion went further and resolved the underlying issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no problems being their customer.
