What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, there is no better host than Hostwinds web hosting provider! Their support folks are top-notch - two words to describe them are "patience" and "experienced". Apart from standard schedule maintenance events which may lead to a few minutes of downtime, their uptime is pretty superb for a web hosting provider.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
