What are the best aspects of this product?

Honestly from my experience 100% uptime is impossible because they need to take the server down for software updates and that sort of stuff. Hostwinds states 99.9% uptime and so far I haven’t seen any so this is a very good sign. They are very professional and have designed a user friendly website. Their support has always been a wonderful mix of professionalism and approachability.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
