What are the best aspects of this product?

In addition to good pricing, uptime and support, Hostwinds also provides a very nice control panel with a large list of functions. Most of their support technical dudes are of very high quality. I never feel I'm being outsourced to India for support. To me .. In my eight months journey with them I couldn't be more happier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Support is always fast under 10 minutes average. It will be great if it is under 5 mins.
