What are the best aspects of this product?

I would like to commend on the excellent and patient support. Honestly from my experience, 100% uptime is impossible because they need to take the server down for software updates and that sort of stuff. Hostwinds states 99.9% uptime and so far I haven't seen any so this is a very good sign.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
