What are the best aspects of this product?

I just recently moved to Hostwinds web host. I just wish they had an upgrade path to business plans, as the basic hosting can be slow some times. There is always a very intelligent person on the other end of live chat who takes care of your needs immediately. Sites are always up and run as fast. No issues with viruses or hackers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Recommended! It is a very good hosting company so far.
