What are the best aspects of this product?

The sales process was super quick and nice and the account was set up and running within 20 mins .. unbelievable! I'm really satisfied with Hostwinds hosting provider. Tech support service is excellent. I measure their response time in minutes... not for the automated response creating the ticket, but for an actual person getting back to me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Hostwinds is a nice web host.
