What are the best aspects of this product?

Since joining Hostwinds it's been like a dream. In my time the hosting hasn't gone down once, which is great, and it really makes a change. However, the crown jewel for me though is the customer service and response times from Hostwinds hosting provider. I would give it 10/10. This would be a first for me because I'm always one to find fault and pick holes in things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
