Thank Hostwinds for exceeding my expectations

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm very happy going with Hostwinds hosting and for sure I will be using them for 5 months. I have multiple websites and my website got a little slow a while ago and when I posted a ticket they responded very fast and offered me to move to a different server. I thought of moving to other hosts but this service is outstanging and I'm gonna stay with them for quite some time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is really awesome web hosting service.
