What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using this web hosting provider for more then 3 months and I haven’t had any trouble. I get what I need and pay in time. That is the key to the success! My verdict: professional host with nice prices! This web host was recommended to me as alternative to one huge hosting provider and I decided to shift to them and now I have no regret about that. Now I have my tickets answered within a few minutes, I have no downtime or other problems. I’m happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Now I know that is better to have small and lovely host like Hostwinds then go with Huge web hosting providers.
