What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm very happy with Hostwinds web hosting. The switch over of domains and hosting from my previous provider was seamless and my support questions were answered quickly. Personally, I would recommend them for the 24/7 technical support service alone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Transition of the WordPress site was not expected to be difficult.
