What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm saving considerably on website costs and all that reflects on my business bottom line. If my business grows, I'll just switch over to dedicated hosting. When I first came across their prices it almost seemed too good to be true. I must say that their sales representative was very patient explaining me what hosting solution I should have needed for my sites. Setup was fast and their tech support helped to upload all my files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
