What are the best aspects of this product?

I have now been with Hostwinds for about 6 months and I have to say I love them! Their customer service is always fast and gets my issue solved the first time I call and I call a lot as I am new to web hosting and web design. I have never seen to have issues with my site being down and there are more features than a newbie like me knows what to do with. I have already had 3 friends sign up for them on my recommendation and I will keep telling more. Thanks Hostwinds!
