What are the best aspects of this product?

Every time I have had a need to contact customer service I have had an immediate response with clear and concise replies. Hostwinds has been my 2nd hosting provider and by far the best! I don't see myself going anywhere else…EVER .

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have faced no problems.
