What are the best aspects of this product?

The best of Hostwinds for hosting is the support service, in my case I am a basic Internet user and all the tech help that I had needed, is been always solved fast with a very short time to repsonse, and the tech support can fix thje issue just with an explanation of the problem and they do it by themselves.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no problems using them.
