What are the best aspects of this product?

I am very happy with Hostwinds hosting. For someone like myself who has very limited experience in technology, I really appreciate the help and service. The excellent support and customer service make them stand out from larger hosting providers. If I don't know how to use their control panel, this has never been an issue and someone is always available to help set up new features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have been a customer for about a month and have always gotten prompt responses and great service.
