What are the best aspects of this product?

What I want to say is that everything works fine with this decent host. I don't even care the price is rock bottom. They are very professional and seem to enjoy helping their customers which is a great change from some of the other sites out there. Highly recommend Hostwinds hosting!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The people on the site are so helpful. Only advantages.
