What are the best aspects of this product?

Recommend Hostwinds hosting! Support is still very quick and helpful, even if I don't make my problem/question very clear. The site will sometimes be down for a few minutes (once in 3 months or so), but that is common.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing problematic!
