What are the best aspects of this product?

I was able to regain access to my host and the administration panel in about ten minutes. From there, I was walked through how to get to each of the items I needed. In the end, I was 100% in control and supporting the organization. The price may sway some from starting with in Hostwinds as there are cheaper options, but in my opinion, some things are worth paying for, namely customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All works fine.
