The price is more than reasonable

What are the best aspects of this product?

Well, almost a month that I signed up with Hostwinds hosting provider. Two times in this period I had some problems. One was with PHP and they solved my problem for me within half an hour. The 2nd one was 2 days ago at night. Also my own fault, because of my lack of enough knowledge. The moment I opened a ticket they started working on my problem and they solved it within an hour.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No problems, just good tech support.
