What are the best aspects of this product?

For someone looking to host a few things, this is definitely the best inexpensive way to go. I have a small Joomla website hosted with Hostwinds web host. It was not so easy for me to find such a stable hosting service. The techs contact me checking to see if I have any issues just to be on the safe side.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Such is the nature of web hosting.
