What are the best aspects of this product?

Kudos to Hostwinds for getting my business back online with quickness. Sales were quick to answer my questions and support delivered exactly what sales promised. What else can you ask for? The 24 hr online support is excellent and the fact that you always pick the phone up and talk to your customers to me is a massive positive.
